Dr. Chris Treadway

Dr. Treadway is originally from a small town in East Tennessee.  After graduating from high school, he earned an Associate’s Degree from Roane State Community in Harriman, TN. After earning his associate’s degree, he transferred to Middle Tennessee State University where he earned both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree. He later earned a doctorate from the University of the Cumberlands in 2020. 

Dr. Treadway began his teaching career in Rutherford County, TN. He spent 16 years in Rutherford County Schools serving as a teacher, coach, athletic director, assistant principal, and principal.  Before arriving in Tullahoma, he served as a principal in the Franklin Special School District for seven years.  Dr. Treadway is elated to serve the students and families in Tullahoma.

 

Mike Young

Mike Young is the Career and Graduation Coach for TVA. He assists students in developing their academic plans through High School graduation and connecting those to a career path after graduation. In addition, he is the co-host of the TVA career pathway podcast "Two Mikes and a Guest."  He has worked with students his entire career on college campuses and in ministerial positions and non-profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Master's Degree in Theology from Southwestern Seminary. 

 

Michael Holiday

Michael is our Video Production & Studio Manager here at TVA. He also teaches Digital Arts & Design I, II, and III.  As a former professional photographer, videographer, and teacher, Michael is well-equipped with the necessary skills to help our teachers create digital content for our students. Michael also oversees two production studios where teachers can record video or audio content for their courses. He also produces in one of those two studios and is a co-host on TVA’s education podcast “Two Mikes and a Guest,” along with Mike Young. This podcast focuses on career exploration and the stories of our guest’s journeys that have led to their current careers. The podcast is accessible on all major podcast streaming services, including Apple, Spotify, Google, etc.
