Dr. Greg English
Dr. Greg English began his career with Tullahoma City Schools in 1998. During his twenty-three year tenure, he has served as the director of the West Middle School Choir, Tullahoma Middle School Bands, and the Tullahoma High School Band. English transitioned to administration in 2015, serving as assistant principal at Tullahoma High School. In April of 2021, he was appointed as the Director of Virtual Learning and charged with building the Tullahoma Virtual Academy. English holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Tennessee Tech University, a Master's in Instructional Leadership from Tennessee Tech, and a Doctorate in School Leadership from East Tennessee State University.
Mike Young is the Career and Graduation Coach for TVA. He assists students in developing their academic plans through High School graduation and connecting those to a career path after graduation. In addition, he is the co-host of the TVA career pathway podcast "Two Mikes and a Guest." He has worked with students his entire career on college campuses and in ministerial positions and non-profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Master's Degree in Theology from Southwestern Seminary.
Michael is our Video Production & Studio Manager here at TVA. As a former professional photographer, videographer, and teacher, Michael is well-equipped with the necessary skills to help our teachers create digital content for our students. Michael also oversees two production studios where teachers can record video or audio content for their courses. He also produces in one of those two studios and is a co-host on TVA’s education podcast “Two Mikes and a Guest,” along with Mike Young. This podcast focuses on career exploration and the stories of our guest’s journeys that have led to their current careers. The podcast is accessible on all major podcast streaming services, including Apple, Spotify, Google, etc.
